We want to know what you want to take and also when you want to take it.  We are currently opening up different options to suit your needs.  Class descriptions are below and you can pick your own time.  All classes run 6 weeks, cost HKD$680 and are 1 hour each.  We need 10 people per class to run them so invite your friends to come take a class with you.

Lindy Hop 1: Social Dancing for Beginners

Learn to dance Lindy Hop swing from world renowned instructors Alex & Sammy.  It’s a fun and exciting course focusing on everything you need to know to social dance!  This course is perfect for beginners or dancers that want to work on 6 count fundamentals.

Lindy Hop 2: Smooth Styling & Sweet Swingouts

Learn the swingout from Alex & Sammy!  In this course we teach you to dance with confidence and style.  You’ll be the envy of the dancefloor with your new swingout!  This course is perfect for those that have gone through Lindy Hop 1 and are interested in learning or perfecting their swingout.  If you’re transitioning from 6 count to 8 count, this course will help you immensely.

Lindy Hop 3: Cool Moves & Variations

Learn more moves and more combinations as you refine your swingout and your own style.  Alex & Sammy will teach you variations and some cool moves to bring out your own style!  This class is perfect for those who have completed Lindy Hop 2 and are looking to enhance their 6 and 8 count moves.

Lindy Hop 4: Cool as a Cucumber Charleston

Learn to charleston from Alex & Sammy!  Learn the tricks behind the lightning fast footwork that will allow you to dance the charleston with ease and comfort.  You’ll see that with the right technique, Alex & Sammy will have you dancing the charleston like you were born dancing it!  This class is perfect for students who have gone through Lindy Hop 3 and are preparing to throw charleston into their repertoire.  You’ll learn charleston from scratch and go all the way to tandem charleston moves in this class so be prepared for rapid learning.

Lindy Hop 5: Funky Fresh Fast Lindy

Learn to dance fast lindy hop swing from Alex & Sammy!  You’ll learn to speed up your dancing without the effort and ease into faster music.  Not only will you feel great dancing faster, your connection will deepen to increase your lindy hop swing skills!  This class is perfect for those that have completed Lindy Hop 4 and are comfortable with charleston, as well as 6 and 8 count.  Be prepared to change your technique to master faster dancing.

Lindy Hop 6: New York Style Lindy Hop

New York Style Lindy Hop has never been so fashionable.  In this class, Alex & Sammy will give you the tools to be a world class swing dancer.  You’ll learn to move with the music and perfect your timing as well as feel of all of your moves.  This class is perfect for those that have completed Lindy Hop 5 and are comfortable dancing to faster tempos, charleston, 6 and 8 count.  We ask that students signing up for this class keep a clear head and prepare for a breakthrough in their dancing.

Lindy Hop 7: All the Tricks that Momma Never Taught Ya!

This master level class will push the limits of Lindy Hop Swing and allow you to really spice things up on the dance floor.  Alex & Sammy will teach you advanced connection and push the boundaries of your moves.  Not only will you learn to improve your moves, you’ll also learn a few new ones to help wow the crowds that watch your dancing.  This class is perfect for students that have completed Lindy Hop 6 and are comfortable with all forms of movement.  Students signing up for this class should keep a clear head.  This class is also perfect for students wishing to compete in Lindy Hop Swing worldwide.

Lindy Hop 8: Aerials

Yes, it’s our aerials class.  Learn air steps to really send your dancing to a new level.  In our aerials class, you’ll learn to work with your partner to get airborne.  This class is perfect for people that have completed Lindy Hop 7 and are comfortable with multiple rhythms, tempos, and footwork.  Students looking to take Aerials class will come prepared with a partner, comfortable clothing, sneakers, and a good attitude.  You WILL be getting airborne so be sure that you want to take this class before signing up.  Cost for this class is HKD$2,400 per couple per 6 weeks.

That’s right, a new session of swing dancing classes!  Join us for classes and stay for Moonlight Savings Time!  We are focusing on all new moves and techniques to improve your swing dancing to get you on the dance floor.  Moonlight Savings Time is a great place to chill out, enjoy a drink, and dance on the awesome wooden floor in Tin Hau, Hong Kong!  Don’t forget, it’s also air conditioned and you’ll have both Sammy & Alex to answer your questions.  So make sure to grab your swing shoes and come dance in one of the hot dance spots in Hong Kong!  Please pre-register so we know that you’re coming and see you at classes!

8-9pm : Lindy Hop 2 – Smooth Styling & Sweet Swingouts

Are you comfortable on the dance floor and want to take it to the next level? Learn smooth styling and sweet swingouts from world renowned instructors Alex & Sammy in the 6 week course!  You’ll learn to smooth out your swing dancing and perform sweet swingouts that will make your partner coo.

9-10pm : Lindy Hop 1 – Social Dancing for Beginners

If you’re a beginner dancer looking to get out on the dance floor with confidence, this is the class for you.  Learn to dance Lindy Hop Swing from world renowned instructors Alex & Sammy in this 6 week course. You’ll learn to navigate the dance floor and perform moves that will be the envy of your friends.

10-11pm : Moonlight Savings Time Thursday Night Social -

That’s right, we’re kicking off the end of May with our very first Lindy Hop Swing social  Moonlight Savings Time!  Please join us 10-11pm on our awesome wooden dance floor in our air conditioned studio in Tin Hau, Hong Kong!  Please feel free to bring drinks and/or food.  Alex and Sammy will both be there to join you as your DJs!  This is an open social hour so bring your friends, your dancing shoes and come dance with us with a great view of Hong Kong’s Victoria Harbor in the background!

Just $680 per class for 6 weeks of instruction!

$50 cover for our air conditioned social dance!

Alex & Sammy are holding our first lindy hop swing dance workshop in Hong Kong focusing on Dips & Tricks!  Come join Alex & Sammy for a 2 hour jaunt through some excellent techniques you can use in your social dancing or if you’re just looking to show off! Alex & Sammywill be teaching gravity defying dips and some impressive swing dancing footwork beginners can use to look great on the dance floor.   Don’t miss this special workshop because we won’t be showing these moves in our normal lindy hop swing dancing classes!  Definitely pre-register for the workshop below if you want to reserve your place!
